RING REMOVAL SERVICES

Simply schedule a convenient time through our online calendar below to visit us and have the ring safely removed. The procedure is gentle and efficient, ensuring a quick resolution. Once the ring is off, we can also adjust its size to ensure a perfect fit for you.
CHECKING & CLEANING
Bring in your cherished jewelry for a thorough inspection and cleaning.
We'll check for any loose stones, ensure the integrity of all claws and prongs, and address any dullness caused by trapped debris. Our comprehensive evaluation and cleaning service start at $35, with additional charges applicable only if repairs are needed. Let us give your piece the attention it deserves.
REPOLISHING & REFINISHING
Revitalize your tired-looking piece of jewelry with our re-polishing and refinishing services.
Say goodbye to dings and scratches as we restore its original luster. We'll bring back crisp edges and recreate a matte or sandblasted finish, ensuring your jewelry regains its stunning appearance.
RING SIZING
Most Rings can be sized up or down without a great deal of difficulty, the more complex the ring is, the more challenging the repair will be.
Please note that all prices below are estimates, and that our estimates will be based on each rings individual needs, once we evaluate them in person.
Gold Rings
Gold Rings that are being sized down (made SMALLER) will be quoted individually based on the amount and type of gold that will need to be added. It is normal for a ring to change from feeling loose and snug throughout the day. This relates to changes in body temperature and water retention. Accepting that these fluctuations will occur is the best way to feel happy about the fit of your ring.

Please note that stone tightening may be needed on a ring after it is sized. This is due to how stones can be moved around in their settings while we manipulate the metal.
Stone Tightening ~ $45-$100 or more, depending on the amount of stones and complexity of the job.

REPLACING LOST STONES – quoted individually
It's common for small stones to loosen over time. If you've lost one, we can find a replacement as close to the original as possible or even suggest something different. The total cost, including the new stone and the resetting process, will depend on the value of the stone and how intricate the setting is.
RESETTING STONES
Great news – your stone may have come loose, but it's still with you! We can expertly reset your stone by first figuring out why it came out and then securely placing it back into its setting. If rebuilding the setting is necessary, there may be additional charges starting at $50.
